>> the latest in the investigation of the san bruno explosion. pg & e, subjected an east bay natural-gas transmission line to an intentional pressure spike in june 2009, despite records showing the utility was concerned the aged pipe might have been so poorly manufactured that there was a "high likelihood" portions could fail, company records show. some sections of the pipe, running from fremont to livermore, were made 80 years ago by a company which was notorious for turning out seam welds on pipes that failed decades after installation, according to a federal study. pg&e considered the line to be its "highest risk" transmission pipe in the bay area, according to a filing the utility made with state regulators. vulnerable welds and pressure spikes are emerging as two areas of interest to federal investigators probing the sept. 9 pipeline explosion in san bruno that killed eight people and destroyed 38 homes. >> the graduate of university starting their trial in i ran, they have been held for 18 months. they were in court. sarah did not return for the trial. all three entered not guilty pleas. a developing story at of oakland. in searching for

whoever kidnapped a woman. a woman who was apparently abducted by two men after they cornered her in a north oakland apartment complex turned up sunday at a local hospital. officers responding to a kidnapping call about 8:20 p.m. on saturday found several witnesses who said two men had chased the woman into an apartment complex in the 1000 block of aileen street. the men then assaulted the woman and forced her into a chrysler with the license plate 6jfg056. the woman turned up at a local hospital sunday, joshi continues. really slow in 680 southbound, behind the camera and developing story. a trans transformer has blown we have a live report coming up.

left 40 minutes ago this fire actually broke out around 3:00 a.m.. we have video to show you. luckily all that was a patrol officer who spotted the fire, the smoke, went into action. he called of butter harmon, not endorse that people will. this fire spread really quickly. i spoke to one of the residence that had to get out of the house. she did not think that this would be arson because of the recent fires. she would like to think it was caused by something else. let's take a listen. >> my guess is a was an accident, there is a stain on the deck, it was chemical anything could happen. maybe
